Mandate tasking Manx Care to save £4million in efficiency costs
Saving money within the Island's healthcare system will be focused on 'how' services are delivered and not on 'what' gets offered.
That's the belief of the health and social care minister.
Manx Care has been tasked with finding efficiency savings of £4million under a new mandate which is due to go before Tynwald.
Lawrie Hooper says what'll be done to achieve that will mostly be behind the scenes:
Sailings altered as 'ongoing dredging issues' lead to 'insufficient water depths in Douglas port'
Manx Care asks all GPs to formally adopt Jess's Rule
Government 'taking rising fuel prices seriously'
Motion to sell Old Castletown Police Station to be put before Tynwald
