It's hoped Hate Crime Bill will be brought in during this administration
Giving courts aggravated sentencing powers would help reduce incidents of hate crimes, according to the home affairs minister.
The Hate Crime Bill is one of the new laws the current administration wants to bring in before the 2026 General Election.
It's also hoped to ensure victims can report incidents with confidence.
