Grandstand fixture needs major repairs
One of the Mountain Course's most iconic landmarks could be due for an overhaul.
The TT scoreboard and timing huts opposite the Grandstand have been earmarked for redevelopment in time for the 2020 races.
The scoreboard has been in operation for well over a century in its current form.
Organisers have been trying to improve the area for fans, officials and riders, in conjunction with a planned roadworks scheme on Glencrutchery Road.
Expressions of interest are now being sought by the Department of Enterprise for contractors who could carry out the work.
