Calls answered in 1.6 seconds

Chief Constable Gary Roberts revealed the figures on Twitter.
It took operators an average of less than 1.6 seconds to answer each call.
The ESJCR, which opened in 2004, was the first in Europe to handle calls for all three emergency services at one site.
