Select committee to look at issues
A body assessing the issue of animal welfare in the Island will hear evidence this afternoon (Thursday). Representatives from local veterinary surgeons are due to appear before a Tynwald select committee, formed following a petition presented on Tynwald Day in July last year. The sitting, in the Legislative Council Chamber, starts at two thirty.
