Crookall admits department doesn't have money to fix barriers
Replacing broken car parking barriers at Ronaldsway Airport would have cost government more than £200,000.

Thousands of pounds in revenue's been lost due to the barriers being out of action – instead of replacing them a new App based payment system is being introduced.
