Commuters frustrated by big tailbacks
The Department of Infrastructure says it's open to suggestions as to how to mitigate the current traffic problems in the south of the Island.
There were major tailbacks in Ballabeg and Colby yesterday morning, and they're expected to continue for now.
It's been caused by the current north-south one-way system in operation at Fishers Hill and cars parked outside Arbory Primary School as parents drop their children off.
Andy Kneen from the DoI's Highway Services says setting up a 'zone' for this in the field used for Laa Columb Killey wasn't really an option, though:
