Alex Allinson is hoping to bring amendments to the House of Keys in the coming weeks

The MHK behind the Island's Assisted Dying Bill admits there's always a danger legislation can time out in an election year.

The UK Ministry of Justice confirmed this week that it's currently unable to recommend the Bill for Royal Assent.

Ramsey member Alex Allinson hopes to bring amendments to the House of Keys in the coming weeks to address the issues raised.

But with not long left in this administration, he's aware time is running out:
