28-year-old accused of supplying drugs
A Peel man accused of drug-dealing has been bailed.
Twenty-eight-year-old Paul Stephen Bannon, of Rosslare Mount, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He's facing two counts of offering to supply drugs, possessing drugs with intent to supply, and one count each of possessing and producing drugs.
Magistrates bailed him and he'll next appear in court on 30 September.
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
