MHK a 'really nice guy' says Chief Minister
Government has appointed a new Children's Champion.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker has taken over the role, which looks after vulnerable young people and those in care, after Daphne Caine resigned last month.
Mrs Caine was concerned the terms of the job were too narrow, and claimed most children in need of help fell outside government's definition of 'vulnerable'.
But Chief Minister Howard Quayle says the role is clearly defined.
