49-year-old denies allegation of theft
A court’s heard a man who deals in banknotes is alleged to have stolen £2,700 in uncirculated notes from another dealer.
Forty-nine-year-old Roderick Aquino-Nielsen, of Broogh Wyllin in Kirk Michael, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies a single allegation of theft which dates between October and November 2019.
Prosecution advocate Hazel Carroon told the court he’s alleged to have kept notes which had been sent to him by a fellow collector.
High Bailiff Jayne Hughes bailed him to appear in court again on 11 January.
