Beach Buddies appeal for sponsors to secure future of beach bins project

Charity to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year

Local environmental charity Beach Buddies are looking for sponsors to secure the future of its beach bins project.

The scheme was launched in January 2006 shortly after the organisation was formed, with 54 bins placed at prominent beach locations around the Manx coast.

They are emptied every week, with two trucks and trailers constantly in action.

To celebrate the charity's 20th anniversary next year, it is renewing its bin sponsorship programme.

The main opportunities for sponsorship are:

• Your company’s name as sole sponsor on one bin for three years (£13 a week)
• Your company’s name as joint sponsor of four bins for three years (£13 a week)
• Your company’s name as sole sponsor on one bin for one year (£19 a week)
• Your company’s name as joint sponsor on four bins for one year (£19 a week)
