Two youngsters were trapped by incoming tide in Onchan
Douglas coastguard went to the rescue of two youngsters last night after they were trapped by the incoming tide at a beach party.
The incident happened at Happy Valley in Onchan at around 10.30pm last night when the two boys tried to climb the 150ft cliffs to escape the waves.
Officers from the coastguard and Douglas lifeboat carried out a search to locate the pair before bringing them to safety.
