Bell says common sense is needed in electoral roll row

Bell gives electoral row opinion

The Chief Minister says he believes " a bit of common sense"  could see a quick solution in the current row over electoral rolls and whether commissioners should been barred from office.

The issue started when Douglas Councillor,  John Joughin   was told he could not be a councillor any more as his name wasn't on the roll.

Mr Joughin says he handed in his application.
