Biennial maintenance to take three weeks
The Ben-my-Chree will be heading to dry dock in Merseyside next month.
The Steam Packet Company says the vessel is undergoing her regular maintenance checks, which take place once every two years.
From April 12, she’ll be out of service for three weeks as she undergoes a technical overhaul and upgrades to her Executive, Niarbyl and Premium lounges.
She’ll be back in service on May 4.
The Steam Packet says the MV Arrow and the Manannan will cover services while she's having the work carried out.
