Champion cyclist and songwriter remembered
A bench to commemorate one of the great names in Manx cycling will be officially named this afternoon (Sat 18th)
Stuart Slack was also well known by many for his popular songs about Manx life such as the evergreen "Laxey Wheel".
Long-time friend Dot Tilbury says all are welcome to come along to see the seat unveiled on Ham and Egg Terrace at 3pm.
The band Shennanigans will be playing some of Stuart's songs.
