Vet explains Kennel stress cases are rare
Cases of so-called "kennel stress" are rare on the Isle of Man.
That's according to Raymond Cox who is the Principal of Milan Vetinary Practice - he says he will come across only one or two examples each year.
The recent decision taken by the MSPCA to euthanise a four-year-old German Shepherd/British Bulldog cross dog named Hughie has sparked plenty of comment on social media.
Ray Cox says any decision taken to put an animal down is difficult and won't be taken lightly.
He says each time it will be based purely on welfare grounds:-
