Chair Andew Jessopp says it sets out authority's 'aims and ambitions'
Braddan Commissioners has introduced a new 'strategic plan' to try and address concerns that residents may have about the parish.
The local authority says it sets out what its 'aims and aspirations' will be for the next three years - it includes transparency, accountability and strengthening services for residents.
It also covers delivering value for money, maintaining and enhancing green spaces as well as improving communication with ratepayers.
Chair Andrew Jessopp says it will give people who don't 'fully understand' how the local authority works or operates a starting point.
Local Democracy Reporter Emma Draper has been speaking to Mr Jessopp and Clerk Jason Roberts:
Some pubs to stay open for early-hours England match
Tynwald to revisit rates bill after the election
