Junction was due to reopen tomorrow
The Broadway junction with Douglas promenade will stay closed over the weekend, as road markings are put down around the new roundabout.
It's been closed for works since the first of June, and was due to reopen tomorrow.
The Department of Infrastructure says the contractors in charge have apologised for the delay.
Broadway will reopen for traffic exiting the prom on Monday 14 June.
