Must work on 'trust' says Howard Quayle
The chief minister has admitted it will be near impossible to police people’s support ‘bubbles’.
Howard Quayle says the introduction of a support network for isolated people must work on trust.
Bubbles, with one other household, are now allowed for people who live alone or for single parents who need additional support.
But Mr Quayle says if they are abused government will ‘crack down’:
