Pupils head to Glasgow for 'Yn Doour'
Two pupils from Bunscoill Ghaelgagh are heading to Scotland today for the FilmG Alba short film awards in Glasgow.
Cara Rowles and fellow film-maker Olivia Savage, along with their other classmates, helped write, shoot, perform, edit and play the music for their film 'Yn Doour' or 'The Dam'.
It's a story of a fisherman who goes on a journey to find out why the river has dried up.
Their film had to be subtitled in Scottish Gaelic in order to qualify for the awards.
Cara and her Teacher Aalin Clague told Manx Radio's Christy DeHaven what award they're up for:
Manx Care says it is 'doing a lot of work' to tackle concerns raised by doctors
New elective surgical unit will be 'nice controlled environment'
Manx dancer, teacher and festival organiser 'in awe' at RBV win
MNFU calls for ability to trade with UK to be made a priority
