Six people arrested
'It was a busy night for officers Island wide.'
That's the most recent tweet by the Isle of Man Police's official Twitter Page, TweetbeatIOM.
Yesterday was the last Friday before Christmas, more commonly known as Black Eye Friday- the most popular night of the year for office parties and one of the busiest times of the year for ambulances and police.
The tweet was published in the early hours of this morning.
It says 'the majority of Christmas drinkers have behaved, apart from six who will wake up to a microwave breakfast and a locked cell door'.
