Donations of clothing and items sought
A business in Douglas is inviting people to donate much-needed items which can be sent to help migrants and refugees in France.
Karen Hanly, who runs Hanly's Store on Westmoreland Road in Douglas says she was inspired to collect food and clothing after watching harrowing scenes on TV.
She says people can drop in sleeping bags, tents and clothes for men and children along with tinned foods.
Originally she had hoped to drive to Calais to drop off the aid personally, but that plan has had to change:
