Entrepreneur's nurse mum inspires face mask business
A local businessman is supplying PPE to Manx companies and the community after being inspired by his mum's work on Noble's Hospital's Covid-19 wards.
Managing director of STS Manx Sean Moffatt had to shut the doors to his Mad Jacks Axe Throwing venture after the Island entered lockdown.
He's hoping making high-quality face masks readily available will allow more sectors to return to work, boosting the Island's economy and preventing the spread of coronavirus.
Mr Moffatt says he felt compelled to do something:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
