Former boss speaks out
A former government tax chief is calling for an overhaul of the Manx system to make sure everyone pays their 'fair share'.
Mark Solly says over 8,000 locally registered companies, owned or partly owned by people living on the Island, pay zero tax.
Individuals can use the situation to accumulate their income in a company - and pay no income tax at all.
