Cancer symptom advice available for shoppers

Four ambulance sessions taking place this week

A series of drop-in sessions for those worried about cancer symptoms began today.

The Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association will be taking an ambulance to four different Shoprite car parks over the next four days to give shoppers access to advice and information.

Those visiting the ambulance can also have their blood pressure checked.

The sessions are taking place between 10am and 4pm at:

  • Port Erin on Monday
  • Ramsey on Tuesday
  • Peel on Wednesday
  • Victoria Road, Douglas on Thursday

Sandy Denning from the charity says former cancer consultant Malcolm Clague will be on hand to look at anything Manx residents are concerned about:
