Move is to prevent profit shifting
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan says the Isle of Man continues to play a leading role in tackling the global tax agenda.
That's despite being included on a Netherlands blacklist of low tax jurisdictions published over the festive period.
Mr Cannan believes the move is more about Holland putting its own house in order rather than an attack on the Island.
He says the new measures have been well trailed and seek to prevent aggressive profit shifting.
