Preston man will stand trial
A Preston man will stand trial after denying stealing more than £66,000 from his former employer.
Adam James Michael Welsh, of Squires Wood, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 41-year-old pleaded not guilty to five offences of theft which allegedly took place, whilst he was a car sales manager, between 2014 and 2019.
The court heard the allegations centre around stolen credit balances from Bentley Isle of Man Limited which trades as Ocean Ford.
Committal proceedings to the Court of General Gaol Delivery will take place on 24 November – he’s been bailed until that date.
