Teenager charged with causing death of cyclist
A 19 year-old Peel woman charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving is due to appear in court today (Tuesday).
Emily Dale-Beeton from Pevril Avenue was driving a car near the old quarry entrance on the Poortown Road in St John's in October when it collided with a cyclist.
Father of two, 43 year-old project manager Matthew McSevney, was killed in the incident.
Miss Dale-Beeton will appear before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
