Reaction generally positive, but issues raised

Provisional pictures and maps from the Department of Infrastructure were on display at the Civic Centre.
Areas such as Hope Street and Victoria Street have suffered during winter storms in recent times.
Construction Manager Gary Saunders says the reaction has been positive but a few issues have been raised:
Peel hotel applies to become HMO instead
Afternoon Liverpool sailings cancelled
New MHKs need to learn to balance constituency and national issues
