Started throwing punches at victims door
A Castletown man's pleaded guilty to one charge of common assault.
Thirty-two-year-old Jamie Grahame Barrow appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday (Nov 8).
It relates to an incident at his block of flats in August this year.
Just after 8.30am on August 8, police were called to an ongoing disturbance at Barrow's address.
He'd been playing music which his neighbours thought was too loud - prompting one of them to stamp on the floor of their upstairs flat.
The court heard Barrow knocked on the aggrieved's door and immediately started throwing punches.
Mrs Hughes adjourned the case until December 20.
In the meantime, Barrow's been bailed in his own recognisance to the sum of £500.
