A Castletown teenager has been committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery over an alleged attack last December.
Nineteen-year-old Ethan John Peel of School Hill Avenue appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm on 19 December.
He was committed to the higher court and bailed in the sum of £500 to next appear on a date to be fixed.
