Drop of 700 over 12 months
The number of women coming forward for cervical cancer screening on the Isle of Man has fallen to its lowest in a decade.
4,404 tests were carried out in the 2020-21 period, a drop of more than 700 compared to the previous 12 months.
Almost 6,300 women underwent screening in 2012-13, but the number has declined in six of the eight years since.
Screening services were suspended for a period last year due to coronavirus.
