Charity's 'brave the shave' movie challenge

Could you lose your hair for the cameras?

A call's going out from an Island casting agency to women willing to 'brave the shave'.

Female extras are needed for a feature film being shot in the Island next month - but you'll need a head for adventure.

The movie Where Hands Touch is a love story set in a WW2 displacement camp - and the extras will play prisoners with shaven heads.

A deal struck between Ex-Isle Casting and the film company will see £100 donated to the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group for every woman who has her locks chopped.

The charity's vice chairman Carole Male admits it's a pretty tall order just before Christmas:
