Drone camera captures unique image
Could we be about to lose part of the Island?
A photograph taken from a drone camera of the Chasms near the Calf of Man show the formation poised to part company with the land.
The shot is included in a new book The Wonders of Mann, which has captured images rarely views by the public, from a unique aerial vantage point.
The book is the work of the man behind the Manx Curiosities series, Charles Guard.
He says although the deep fissures of the Chasms look precarious, they may not be going anywhere very soon - but the shot taken from the drone was jaw dropping:
