Chief Minister Allan Bell says the government is moving forward with plans to reduce the services it provides directly.
This afternoon in Tynwald, he gave an update on the scope of government review currently being carried out.
He said he was still hopeful he could bring conclusions back to Tynwald by December this year.
But he also listed some ideas which area already being considered by departments:
