Tim Baker's annual report to feature at this month's Tynwald sitting
The Children's Champion will tell Tynwald today that the Manx children in care system has gone badly wrong in the last few years.
Tim Baker MHK took over the role 18 months ago after Daphne Caine resigned.
His annual report will go before the Island's parliament during this month's sitting.
