Ninth consecutive fundraising marathon planned today
A Manx distance runner looking to complete 19 marathons in 19 days is approaching the half-way point of his challenge.
Christian Varley began them on 1 May, meaning today will be the ninth day in a row he has done one.
He's looking to raise £19,000 in total with proceeds going to the Manx Solidarity Fund, which has been set up to help people in the Isle of Man who've been affected financially by the coronavirus pandemic.
So far, Christian has raised more than £10,000, with him passing that milestone yesterday.
