Cautious welcome for net carbon neutrality proposals
A Climate Change Coalition representative has cautiously welcomed government's plan to tackle the issue.
The document has been released today, along with a report by independent expert Professor James Curran and his team.
Devon Watson of the coalition recently delivered one of the speeches at this year's Illiam Dhone commemoration, when he spoke about what the organisation wanted to see be done to help mitigate climate change.
