No prior warning, says McGuinness
A Ramsey commissioner who has criticised the planned sale of the town's old courthouse says there has been no consultation between the local authority and government.
Juan McGuinness has expressed his disappointment at Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey's announcement of the building going on the market yesterday.
It's available for £475,000.
