Some remedial work agreed to
Remedial work on what's described as a 'number of areas' will be carried out on a popular Port Erin cafe.
Port Erin Commissioners have confirmed the news in a statement on their Facebook page, saying any 'minor faults to the fabric' would be dealt with.
They say they will continue to try and work with the tenant to ensure the Cosy Nook will open for the forthcoming season.
The tenant, Phillip Maltby, has publicly criticised the commissioners this week, saying they haven't listened to his pleas to replace the roof which he says has been deemed unsafe by structural engineers.
