Claire Christian says EPRC beginning report into matter
One of the committees of Tynwald is starting to look into the future for small to medium businesses on the Isle of Man.
Douglas South MHK Claire Christian - who also chairs the Economic Policy Review Committee - says they're aware of the difficulties those organisations are facing.
Mrs Christian was the owner of Claire Christian Couture in Douglas which was forced to shut down in April citing a fall in trade post-Covid and rising input costs.
She was asked if making sure residents 'buy local' could be important in improving the situation in general:
