Average house prices rose by £19,000 in 2020
Island house prices have been branded 'ridiculous' and 'crazy' by some residents.
It's after a surge in average prices during the coronavirus pandemic.
There are concerns that first-time buyers in particular are finding it difficult to get onto the property ladder.
