Bill premature says former law lecturer
A proposed bill to modernise abortion law on the Isle of Man is premature.

The House of Keys last month voted to allow Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson to introduce a private members bill, and proposals will now be drafted.
However, speaking on today's Sunday Opinion programme, Peter Murcott claims that despite what has been stated by some MHK's, there is a constitutional bar to the introduction of such a bill.
