24-year-old accused of having cocaine in his system
A Douglas man has appeared in court accused of being behind the wheel after taking cocaine.
Jamie Anthony Cowin, of Groves Road, is charged with two offences of driving whilst over the legal limit.
The 24-year-old is also accused of possessing the Class A substance on the same day, 10 November, last year.
Bail was granted until his next court appearance on 28 February.
