Covid-19: people going to work with symptoms 'must stop'

Quayle warns rulebreakers as businesses told to close

The chief minister says some people on the Island have been going to work despite displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

It's as public health have warned the level of community spread is currently higher than expected, despite a recent decline in new cases.

Contact tracing recently found some people were still going about their business despite knowing they had symptoms, leading to businesses being told to close.

Howard Quayle, speaking at the latest government conference, gave this warning to those disregarding the rules:
