Due to take place in May
Contingency plans can be put in place if there’s another outbreak of Covid-19 at the time of the Manx census.
It’s already been delayed due to the pandemic – it was due to take place in April but will now happen on 30 May instead.
This year it will be ‘digital by default’ meaning people can fill in their information online.
Policy and Reform Minister Ray Harmer says other places have coped undertaking the project during a lockdown:
Friday sailings at risk
Manx Care to reorganise cancelled board meeting
Slight increase in number registered unemployed
