DESC ready to look for architect for new facility
The replacement for Castle Rushen High School needs to be fit for purpose, and not full to capacity when it opens.
That's from Education Minister Julie Edge as she says her department is now ready to look for an architect, having got an initial design in place.
She admits some areas of the current building haven't been well maintained in recent years.
She's keen to ensure the new facility can be kept up to date:
