CRHS: Staff absence forces more students to miss school

Year 9 and 10 pupils affected

More secondary school students will have to stay at home this week due to staff absences.

Year 10 pupils at Castle Rushen High School are being told to stay at home tomorrow.

Year 9 pupils will do the same on Wednesday.

The head teacher has written to parents and carers saying it's not yet clear whether the school will be able to teach all years in the building for the remainder of the week.

Keith Winstanley has apologised saying he had hoped the 'worst was over'.
