The housing developer says its 'phase two' of the estate
Dandara has applied for planning permission for 31 new houses in Ballasalla, which is 'phase two' of its Reayrt Mie development.
Plans for the estate include two and three bed homes, in a semi-detached and terraced lay out.
Its proposal also includes all properties having solar panels, air source heat pumps and fabric insulation.
The housing developer says it is reviewing how many houses will be made affordable.
It could also provide more than 34,000 square meters of public open space.
The application is currently pending consideration.
